General Rental Conditions - Camping des Dunes

Pitch Rental

1. Registration

All registrations must be accompanied by a deposit payment of 80 € + 23 € administration fees.

2. Length of Stay

From July 11 to August 22, for better management organization and in the interest of our customers, the minimum stay is 15 days.
Arrivals are after 3 p.m., and departures are before 12 p.m.

3. Booking

Your reservation is considered final once it has been confirmed by us. You will need to pay the balance upon arrival at the campsite.
Any changes must be reported upon arrival.

4. The number of participants cannot be modified without written agreement from the Management.

The Management reserves the right to refuse these people, including children.

5. Cancellation of Stay

– Modification of your reservation:
Changes to your reservation can be made free of charge, subject to availability, and the transfer can only be made for the 2021 season. Any change of stay dates must be handwritten and approved in writing by SAS SOGEVEN.

If no message is received from you indicating a postponement of your arrival date, the accommodation may be put up for sale again 24 hours after the arrival date mentioned in the contract, and you will lose the benefit of your reservation.

– Unused Services:

Any interrupted or shortened stay (late arrival, early departure) on your part will not be refunded.
– Campsite Cancellation:

In the event of cancellation by the campsite, except in cases of force majeure, the stay will be fully refunded. However, this cancellation will not result in the payment of damages.

– Camper Cancellation:

All cancellations must be made in writing (LRAR) to the campsite. The refund of amounts paid will be made after deduction of the amounts specified below. If the cancellation occurs:

More than 30 days before the start date of the stay: the deposit paid will be retained by the campsite.

Less than 30 days before the start date of the stay: 100% of the amount of the stay will be retained by the campsite.

6. Pets

(1 pet per pitch)
Your pet is accepted, except for dogs of 1st and 2nd categories, for a fee payable at the time of booking. When authorized, they must be kept on a leash at all times. The vaccination record for dogs and cats must be up to date and presented upon arrival, tattoo required. They must not be left alone on the pitch under any circumstances.

Mobile Home Rental

1. Registration

All registrations must be accompanied by a deposit of 25% of the rental price + administration fees (23€ for a stay of more than a week and 13€ for a stay of less than a week).

2. Length of Stay

From July 3 to August 29, 2022, the minimum stay is one week.
The expected arrival day must be specified at the time of booking (Saturday, Sunday, or Wednesday). The availability of the date will be confirmed to you.

Arrivals are from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. (in case of delay, please notify us).
Departures are from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. at the latest.

3. Booking

Your reservation is considered final once it has been confirmed by us.
You must pay the balance by mail 30 days before your arrival on-site; otherwise, the reservation may be considered canceled, and the deposit retained.

4. The number of participants must match the number of people indicated on the reservation form, including children.

The Management reserves the right to refuse extra persons.

5. Cancellation of Stay

– Unused Services:

6. Security Deposit

A security deposit of 300 € will be required at the beginning of the stay. This deposit includes the cost of material damage and the cleanliness of the accommodation upon departure, as well as the loan of equipment (golf clubs, etc.). It will be returned to you at the end of the stay, after deduction of any missing equipment. Cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant. At the end of the stay, the rental must be returned in a perfectly clean condition; otherwise, a sum of 60 € or more will be deducted from the deposit (rate for 2-bedroom accommodations).

To facilitate the smooth running of your vacation, internal rules are available at the reception desk. Please take the time to read and respect them.

10. Liability

SAS SOGEVEN is not liable in case of theft, loss, or damage of any kind, during or following a stay. The management is only responsible for items deposited in safes reserved for this purpose at reception. Civil liability insurance is mandatory.

11. Tourist Taxes

Tourist taxes, established by the community of municipalities, are not included in our rates.

12. VAT

Prices are inclusive of all taxes with a VAT rate of 10% applicable on the day the rates were determined. Any subsequent change in the applicable VAT rate, occurring between the time the rates were determined and the billing of the stay, will result in a corresponding modification of the inclusive price, which the client accepts without reservation.

13. Information

A practical document provided upon your arrival will inform you about the site. The management reserves the right to modify, if necessary, all indicated services.

14. Cancellation Insurance

Camping Les Dunes offers optional cancellation and interruption insurance in your rental contract. Our partner Gritchen Affinity agrees to reimburse all or part of the stay to clients who have subscribed to the “Campez Couvert” insurance.
In case of cancellation, inform the campsite of your withdrawal as soon as the event preventing your departure occurs by mail or email. If the claim is covered under the general conditions (available on the website www.campez-couvert.com or at the campsite), notify the insurer within 48 hours and provide all necessary information and supporting documents.

15. Aquatic Area:

Swim shorts are not allowed in our aquatic area.

16. Image

You authorize SAS SOGEVEN-Camping Les Dunes, as well as anyone SAS SOGEVEN – Camping Les Dunes wishes to substitute, to photograph, record, or film you during your stay at Camping Les Dunes in Brétignolles-sur-Mer and to use said images, sounds, videos, and recordings on all media (especially on the Camping Les Dunes websites or pages – including Facebook -, on presentation and promotional materials of Camping Les Dunes, and in travel or tourist guides). This authorization applies to you as well as to the people staying with you. Its sole purpose is to ensure the promotion and animation of Camping Les Dunes and will in no way harm your reputation. This authorization is granted free of charge, for all countries, and for a duration of 5 years.

17. Data Protection

The information you provide when placing your order will not be transmitted to any third party. This information will be considered confidential by SAS SOGEVEN – Camping Les Dunes. It will be used only by the internal services of Camping Les Dunes, for the processing of your order and to strengthen and personalize communication and the offer of services reserved for clients of Camping Les Dunes according to your interests. In accordance with the Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, you have the right to access, rectify, and oppose your personal data. 18. Mediation

In case of a dispute and after having contacted the establishment’s “customer” service, any campsite client has the option to refer to a consumer mediator, within a maximum period of one year from the date of the written complaint, by LRAR to the operator. 19. Referral Program Terms and Conditions

For the referred:
None of the participants in the referred stay must have stayed at Camping Les Dunes in the past 5 years. The referral request will only be considered if the referred is not listed on the referrer’s file. The gift applies to any stay of a minimum of 7 nights in the current year. The referral coupon must be sent before the start of the referred’s stay. Only one referral coupon will be accepted per family and per file. Offer not retroactive.

For the referrer:

For any referral, the referrer receives a 30€ voucher to be deducted from a future stay of at least one week (7 nights) at Camping Les Dunes. The number of vouchers usable by the referrer for their stay is limited to 3. Voucher validity is 1 year from its date of issue. This offer is non-cumulative and not retroactive.
